Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller identified below and the Buyer (Consumer) who purchases a Pro subscription through Piano2Score.

Buyer: The user identified by the name, surname, and email address included in the account and order record at checkout.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the Buyer's purchase of the Piano2Score Pro digital subscription service and the rights and obligations of the parties under the applicable distance sales rules.

3. Service and Price

• Service: Piano2Score Pro monthly digital subscription
• Access period: 30 days from successful payment, or added to the remaining paid period when renewed early. No automatic renewal
• Total price including VAT: For the Turkey option: 299.00 TRY; for the International option: 7.99 USD. The region and currency selected at checkout apply.
• Payment method: iyzico secure payment infrastructure

4. Performance and Delivery

The service is digital and is assigned to the Buyer's account immediately after payment approval. No physical delivery is involved.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15/1-g of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services that begin immediately in an electronic environment with the consumer's consent. By starting the subscription, the Buyer accepts immediate performance of the service and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal ends.

6. General Provisions

The Buyer agrees to use the service lawfully and not to process content that they do not own or are not authorized to use. The Seller may temporarily suspend the service for technical maintenance or mandatory reasons.

7. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts located in the place of residence of the Buyer or Seller are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

8. Effectiveness

This agreement becomes effective when the Buyer reads and accepts this agreement and the Preliminary Information Form during checkout.
